2. Eligibility To use this website, you must be at least 18 years old. Psychologists must have valid AHPRA registration to list their services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
4. Service Disclaimer Therapist Connect acts as a platform to connect psychologists with potential clients. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any psychologist’s services.
5. Payments and Commission
All payments for sessions are processed securely through Stripe.
Therapist Connect takes a 7% commission from each session booked through the platform.
Clients agree to the payment terms at the time of booking.
6. Prohibited Activities Users must not:
Provide false or misleading information.
Engage in harassing, defamatory, or illegal activities.
Attempt to breach website security or misuse the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Users engage with psychologists at their own risk.
8. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
